Computer industry analyst Dataquest reports that Documentum has the highest percentage of market share for an electronic document management vendor. According to the Dataquest "1996 Collaborative Software Market Share Survey," Documentum holds 15.5% of the market, and registered $34.6 million in factory revenue. This is a 71% increase from Documentum's factory revenue of $20.3 million and 10.6% market share recorded in 1995.

Pacific Bell Mobile Services
Pacific Bell Mobile Services has entered into an agreement with Globe Telecom of the Philippines which will allow both companies' customers to use their existing wireless phone numbers and "Smart Chips," which contain a customer's pre-programmed calling information, while traveling. The agreement was commemorated by Philippine President Fidel Ramos, who placed the first international roaming call from San Francisco to Manila.

Remedy Corporation's Action Request System was voted the "Best Help Desk" application and given the "Integrators' Choice Award" by the readers of Network VAR magazine. Remedy has over 80 value-added resellers worldwide and generates 40 percent of its annual revenues through indirect channels.
